I recommend sending a detailed email about what you would like to see happen and a description of what you would like. Once we have
received  your payment we will begin working on the video that
was discussed.  We will give you an estimated time of
completion and you will receive the video in the fashion described
in the correspondence.

I do custom requests if they are not too off the wall...I have three camera men and editors at my beck and call, so you will get your custom video delivered in any format that you like at the fastest time frame possible. You can have your choice of receiving a DVD via email, or have the availability of downloading the full movie through our FTP servers.
